THE JOB:
As a Bellperson, you will provide excellent customer service and create a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by assisting guests with taxis, outside transportation, baggage, and personal belongings.
In your role, you will partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories the guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Transport luggage and escort guests to and from their assigned rooms and other areas of the property.
Answer property questions and provide accurate information regarding rooms, restaurants, M life, casino events, promotions, and directions.
Resolve guest complaints.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment.
Takes pride in their work.
Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences.
Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression.
Can handle multiple tasks at one time.
