Job Description
The Program Resource Coordinator serves as the POC for staffing related items. They will work directly with the Division Line Manager, Business Operations Manager, and other corporate groups. They are responsible for onboarding, off boarding, and processing clearances and EODs. Supports management of the CACI and internal program staffing process which includes submitting job requisition requests to recruiting, coordinating interviews as needed and ensuring candidate feedback is provided. Manages the program clearance and EOD process and reports status to CACI and federal customer. Monitors timecard compliance and educates managers and employees regarding CACI Timekeeping Policy. Also monitors annual compliance training to ensure that employees complete it by its due date. Assists manager with personnel actions in Workday. Monitors the Labor Category Verification (LCV) database to ensure that LCV's are approved by the managers. Supports the Division and program with any ad hoc tasks as assigned
o Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 1 years of relative experience
o Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities from both the client and CACI management
o Demonstrated effective people skills and excellent verbal and written communication
o Familiarity with CACI recruiting, onboading and offboarding processes and systems

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
