Facility Engineer - Level II |

Tolin Mechanical Systems has immediate openings for a building engineer, Level II, to support a commercial office building located in Oxon Hill in Maryland.
We are seeking an experienced building engineer with expertise in commercial HVAC service and electrical systems.
Ideal candidates will have a background in supporting commercial office facilities.

Responsibilities include:
Maintaining, monitoring, and performing preventive maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems including:
mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls) electrical, monitors operation, adjusts, and maintains refrigeration, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment; pumps, valves, piping and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment; record readings and make adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment.
Requires the ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required.
Responsible for keeping records of buildings rounds and readings, all engineering logs and engineering data sheets.
Responsible for advance training and notification to all contractors so that they are informed and knowledgeable with respects to the building's critical functions and the work they are to perform, including an incident contact response list.
Monitors operations and conducts a routine and on-going assessment of the building systems operations and performance.
Performs tests and rounds to ensure the proper functioning of building equipment.
Performs tenant/building request duties.
Performs additional job duties as requested.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
